Q.  Do you do bodywork?

A.  Yes, we do body work on metal, plastic and fiberglass products.

Q. What types of paints do you use?

A. We use Sherwin Williams’s products… There Planet Color line of candies,   there base colors and clear coats. We also use House of Kolor products as well.

Q. Do you require full payment up front?

A. No, we only require half to be paid up front upon receiving the parts, and the unpaid amount upon shipping of finished product. Payment methods are PayPal, cash and money orders.

Q. How much will my paint job cost?

A. The price of the paint job will be discussed before any shipping and starting of the project… Prices vary depending on type of paint and amount of airbrush work wanted or the shape and condition of the pieces…

Q. What do I need to do for shipping the pieces to you?

A. When you ship the pieces, make sure all nuts, bolts, chrome trim, gas cap, spacers are removed from tins. Make sure the gas is completely drained from the tank.  When packaging of the tins in the boxes, keep at least 2” between the tins and the boxes… Use a lot of bubble wrap and foam pellets…Shipping costs normally around $90.00 – $150.00 depending on size and location… Shipping could be more or less…

Q.How long will it take to paint my pieces once shipment has arrived to you?

A. Normally, the turnaround time is 2 to 4 weeks depending on workload ahead of yours… During winter months it maybe 2months before completion… The estimated time will be discussed before finalization…

Q. If I need to cancel, will there be a cancellation fee?

A. Yes, there will be a cancellation fee of 10% of total amount or a minimum of $100.00 for materials that had been purchased.
